Right the kids want a RAV card for their DS, and as i've got the time at the moment i've been tasked with getting them. But i haven't got the faintest! well i know they plug in and use a SD card. but where do you get them from (recommendations) and how do you get the games?
Cheers
paul

The RAV or R4 cards are the same size as the games for the DS

You insert a Micro SD card into the RAV or R4 card.

You put the games onto the Micro SD card via your computer.

You can (illegally) download games from torrent sites

When you get the card you will get instructions on where to go to download the firmware hacks. You will download them, copy them to the SD card then put that in the RAV/ R4 card and insert it in the DS, turn it on then follow the onscreen instructions.

The games have file extension .nds - searching for this might help (you might find such files without using torrents, some 'direct' sites others via Usenet / newsgroups)...

Bought several from here and the card and memory deals are good.
Go for about 4Gb and that should get about 60-100 games on.
For those with DSi then make sure you buy the right one.

come on support the companies that make the games....

Peoples jobs rely on that income...

Ok if the games are no longer on sale, but current stuff....?
