MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
I know there's a big thread re this subject but I just wondered what the general consensus was on here without reading the whole thing. Always seems a broad demographic on here if a little left leaning at times.
So in short.

Based on a recent survey that identified that when asked if they wouldn't vote vs the percentage who didn't vote, best ask first will you vote.
If memory serves me well, it averaged a factor of 7 in the recent 2016 elections - i.e. in surveys about 7% said they wouldn't vote for the London Mayor, whereas 55% didn't actually vote.
So for me, Stay and I vote.
Undecided
would like to stay, but the current structure and aims of the EU are uncompatable and like watching a car crash in slow motion. I think the EU has a good 30 years worth of modernising and catching up to do before it's fit for purpose.

STW opinion polls have been consistently bad predictors over the 4 years I've been here. IMO the referendum result will be close

Seeing as out will almost certainly stop all new construction projects in the UK for several years and that's what I do, then IN.
And IN for the other stuff as well...
Stay.
I'm going to be queuing outside the voting station for this one.
The Vote Leave TV ad yesterday was utterly mind-boggling in its crass stupidity.
Stay.
The campaigns are simply shocking though, scaremongering on both sides with little to no meaningful dialogue over the facts. Almost like a slow motion Jeremy Kyle show.

^^ yep, this. It's embarrassing

I think the EU has a good 30 years worth of modernising and catching up to do before it's fit for purpose.
So we could leave and attempt to rejoin in 30 years or stay in and be part of the modernisation.
So in short.

Not sure singletrack "class" is the best barometer for a poll?

Free trade and free migration stops wars. Even Jean Claude Junker knowledges the the EU is attempting to govern too much and that population density needs to be considered.
There again, I work for Airbus in Research...I would be for "IN" wouldn't I? 🙂

IMF? pah what do they know. Boris, Galloway and Farage are the boys who'll get our bendy bananas back.
So when all the xenophobes succeed in voting us out can we start an independent state of Singletrack? Most of us want in. Actually I'd be happy with an independent Yorkshire aligned with Scandinavia.
Stay.
but mostly because I don't want Boris and IDS in charge.

So if i have counted correctly (up to old talent) - counted 63 actual votes, I think:
Stay 48 (76%)
Leave 6 (10%)
Undecided 9 (14%)
As in the other thread, why does riding bikes down hills produce a result so far at odds with polls? Probably best to save answers to other thread
Leave.
