Last week I had two dead PURE radios.
Both were out of warranty so I phoned them up and asked if they could be repaired. The tech support guy said I had been unlucky and they would fix one for free and replace the other complete with auxiliary speaker for £60.
Less than a week later and I've got two working radios again.

Tremendous service when so many other companies are so bad at it.

I got a Pure One Mi for Christmas and was amazed at how small it is.
Static free Radio 5 Live in the garage is wonderful!
