Anywhere good for a nice real ale and perhaps a burger please?

Or, any decent eateries would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You're struggling within walking distance I'm afraid, unless you fancy Mary D's?

10 minutes by car though and you're spoilt for choice. The Marble Arch is ace.

Get the tram into town.
There really isn't much around there. That said the cafe at the velodrome is nice.

Not a pub and they don't serve beer but Delicatezze Di Bruno is nearby and serves cheap, nice Italian food. It's an greasy spoon turned Italian so it's pretty basic.

There's Vermillion Cinabar nearby which is a fancy Thai/Malay place.

Pub wise there's not much near there so either drive to Marble Arch as suggested or get the metro or train in to town.

You can drive to Marble Arch and park on the single yellow around there. Or tram to Victoria and walk, it's not too far from Victoria.

Personally I'd drive to Marble Arch unless you're keen on a tram ride.

This basically from my experience. I managed to be working there on Christmas lunch day which was nice 😀

Tram to town head to the northern quarter (Thomas st) or the Abel heywood on turner street or even solita opposite that.

I live the in area.. not much here. The velodrome has a really good cafe which serves beer so that's an option. You can ride up to Woodhouses (its an area) in 5 minutes from the far end the mountain bike track. Its essentially a lovely village with two great pubs in it.
