Really only relevant to the other WP user on here but rather good for them.
Microsoft have released Windows Phone 8.1 for developers. Basically it is exactly what everyone else will be getting i around a couple of months or so.
Main highlights are a proper notification centre and Cortana - Microsoft's Siri equivalent.
