Seems pretty cheap.
I take it your looking at the sim only deals?
you will find the website isnt refreshing as they charge either £5 for the 500mb bundle or £7.50 for the 1gb bundle.
I thought the same as that yesterday when I was looking.
Giffgaff do a Sim only, non contract deal for £10 per month, 250 mins to any UK number, unlimited UK text and unlimited data, and the ability to change packages month by month. Great if you like/need lots of data, or are an occasional user.

i can't see any 12 month sim only deals on their website...
there not they are all 1 month rolling contracts
If you've already got a contract thats ending you can often negotiate something similar. Managed to get similar mins/txts/data deal from t-mobile for 5 pounds a month.
Tesco Mobile are a Virtual network operator that works on the O2 network. They do have some good deals which are all 30 day contracts.
