Do report back chaps! Don't trust myself to stay awake for 2 hours so i-player tomorrow it is. I may however listen to 'a kind of blue' this evening.

It was interesting, and with watching, but I think not nearly as good as the film that could have been made.

Thanks for reporting back, have watched just under an hour so far and loved the old film clips. Found the continual switching between many interviewees a tad annoying.

Needed more swearing 🙂 was good but I'd have preferred more focus on the music; although I'm a musician so appreciate it's a biog

Agreed and felt that particularly with the second half.

I discovered some really old Archive blues stuff on i-player, last one on this page:
