[Closed] PSA - If you are planning a ceremonial Hub cake on sunday 27th road closed A703

The A703 will be closed between Eddlestone and Peebles on sunday 0900 - 1600.

Leave in plenty of time, as all the traffic will be diverted down the Moffat Road from Leadburn and through Romano bridge, then you have the option of Lyne valley (B road) or Glasgow road.

Will be v busy as both roads are busy at weekends anyway with day trippers and local residents and will all be channelled down the one route.

There is the Meldons road, but I have heard the police are closing that except to residents as it's singletrack with passing places and will get grid-locked in about 10 minutes.

It won't matter anyway, as I will be in there on saturday and will be hoarding ALL the flapjacks...
