Nothing here yet. Day off. Walking the pooch first - see if we can find some deer to chase. Then I'm thinking porridge followed by toast with marmalade and a nice big pot of coffee.
Nom to the power of nom.
40+ yr olds saying nom nom is creepy.
Oh and porridge wiv a banana in it.
...and a cup of coffee.
Protein shake, banana and a large black coffee.
+1 on the creepy bit.. the same goes for 'yummy' and 'hurty'.
i had some mini shredded wheat with weird candied fruit in them. not pleasant...
A tantrum from the middle child. Lets see how he likes a day on the naughty step.
It’s Thursday so a Greggs special, bacon roll & a coffee, mmmm. Usually porridge or muesli.
Two bowls of porridge with some jam in.
4 cups of coffee. So far.
Home made Muesli, made by the wonderful Mrs Wachowchow, on which I broke a tooth this morning, and a large mug of Yorkshire tea, in a Singletrack mug naturally.
I also don't like the Nom thing. I have a couple of friends who can't eat with their mouth shut as it is so when they start saying Nom nom nom while they are eating as well it makes my stomach turn.
Bacon
Spam and Egg and a pint of tea ...Its great being back on days.
Oatcakes and scrambled eggs with broccoli, 'sun blushed' tomz and smoked mackarel

I'm going to be sick if one more of you creepy weepy weirdos quotes that.
yeti, it is chorizo, just works out as more meat for your money at tescos 🙂
i dont care if the OJ is bad for me, i also had skimmed milk and 1 sugar in my morning coffee. i'm a rebel.
Couple of muffins with thick cut marmalade.
copious amounts of tea
Coffee
Posh bread toast + nutella
Om.
Easy road ride later, will be having a second breakfast of more coffee and a chocolate twist.
Which one do you buy? I've recently moved my shopping to a weekly shop at that there Tesco's, instead of daily at Waitrose.
3 x Weetabix, full spoonful of sugar
Lashings of tea.
Roadride at lunchtime - love working from home 🙂
its on the deli counter with the big slabs of salami instead of in the fridge section. just called 'paprika sausage' and its the best meat per moneyz ratio i've found... also seems to leak the flavour into the scrambled eggs a little better than other chorizos i've tried.
I wish I was healthy enough to eat all these healthy breakfasts 🙁
I don't eat anything for breakfast.
I don't like fruit.
I don't like cereals.
I don't like vegetables.
I used to eat microwavable pizzas and kebabs then I stopped being a teenager with a high metabolism and got fat so I had to stop.
2 x wholemeal bagel 1 with apricot jam and 1 with peanut butter washed down with a coffee
Chorizo in omelette is nice. Just never keen on the colour of the result. 🙂
I had museli this morning. I really wanted weetabix but had none left. 😡 Espresso time now.
Chorizo in baked beans has been a revelation for me... especially with chopped chillis.
bacon, eggs, mushroom, tomatoes, spinach. solid health food.
Fear and suffering for breakfast, lunch and dinner for me.
Cup of tea, bowl of porridge and a glass of water but have to admit that there pie looks appetising!
