Lilly?

is this the Waitrose own-brand version of Illy? For the kids at school who had 'Mike' trainers?

Isn't Waitrose a cheap and nasty one? I get mixed up sometimes between that and Somerfield.

Waitrose = Very posh indeed.

Everything else = not nearly as posh as Waitrose.

*shakes head* northerners, no doubt.

Robert dyas = semi posh hardware store, Wilkos = cheap hardware store.
Waitrose = semi posh supermarket, Iceland = well, you've seen the adverts.

Waitrose ain't that posh. It might like to think it is but it sells what any other supermarket does and prices don't seem too inflated.

And it was closer than Sainzberries.

waitrose = for those who'd love to say they buy all their goods from local retailers, only eat seasonal veg and meat from local farms whereas in reality they still need to feed the kids fish fingers and serve scottish oak smoked salmon and snails at dinner parties so don't.

iceland = kerry katona. looks good on the packaging but peel it back and you find a wobbly un-apatising mess made of 90% lard + 10% white powder (MSG or cocaine, doesn;t really matter they are both stimulants)

"common folk around here use 'spar'"

One's butler has been known to buy his Old Holburn there, one is led to believe?

Sainsburys exist to keep the riff raff out of Waitrose.
