All very weather dependent of course, and it's looking like sunshine and showers at the moment, but anybody looking for something to do with family, kids etc for the weekend, the harbour festival is here again. There's too many things going on to list them out, but the website gives a flavour of the kind of stuff happening.

If you're coming from outside town, public transport is always best, or use the Park and Rides if you have to drive. Parking and getting around will be hard work for anyone who doesn't know town that well.

Saturday they're forecasting thunderstorms, sadly.

Cheers, passed that on to the lad (21!) who is looking for cheap things to do while waiting to head back to us.

hmm, will be good if it's sunny. Wish i had booked a hotel for Friday night now as we are having dinner at the SS GB and did think about staying over night in town instead of getting a taxi there and back.
