My 9 yr old's got a ps4 for his birthday and the Disney infinity game, the game was working for a while but now it comes up with 'update file cannot install', can't find the receipt so can't replace it, is there anything we can do to get it back on?
Starter for 10 on Playstation is to delete the game. Not the save games and trophies, they should still be saved; just the game data itself.
Clear that, put your disc back in and install. Do the required update and see if that works.
Yeah as above. Just delete the game, not the progress data and then reinstall it. It happens quite a bit unfortunately. Certainly happened to me a handful of times with GTA
Yeah that it'll be a corrupt file.
