Knee is very sore and cycling 2500 miles from Friday. Heard these might help get me through. Where to get them? Is it something the doctor can do or a physio?

Both can do them. Will they do them on an unknown patient if they are about to go off and do a 2500 mile cycle a couple of days after - I know I wouldn't.

I'd have a wild stab in the dark guess at NO.
If you go to either they'll tell you to take anti-inflammatories and rest it. Not stick some juice in you and help you back on your bike.
