Well finally back to Blighty and getting stuff together again.

Thanks to French airtraffic control we had an epic 1585 mile round trip from Sheffield to make it to MOrzine but so glad we made the effort as this year was so good!

Anyway, took the plunge and took along the BFe and 6inch forks,

WHAT A RIDE!!!!

Was worried about performance but was so so good. It was never going to compete with my mates on 6inch F&R full bouncers over the big rocks (with me at the helm at any rate!) but it just stood its ground on everything else so well.

What a beast!

On the 1:1 DH /techy stuff I was so glad I opted for the smaller 17.5" frame though!

Cy - the BFe is a design classic!

Good work fella!

Will send over pics for the website.

Pete

Never out of my depth on it and it

chatel id say go full bounce purely for the maintenance of the tracks that end being pure shit, it was certainly the roughest place, crans montana, alp duez and les du alps were all vgood aswell as morgins (awesome on ht) and pila wouldnt have been bad if he hadnt broken his finger by then

Surely the BFE would be a prequel?

The seatpost was a lifesaver and I would recommend it. its only the 100mm version but thats all I needed to have the confidence to hang right off the back (which was essential when doing the trails GEDA found for us to do!)

Yey! I much prefer names like "Gonads" or "X200" (might not be true).
