So, this year I've found it relatively easy to post a 365/pic a day.
Next year I am going to make it more challenging/rewarding by everyday approaching a stranger to ask if I can take their portrait. This will be tough for me as I am not good at talking to strangers. My hope is I will be better at it by 2013.
Anyone else have any projects in mind?

That actually sounds quite cool. I couldn't be arse to take the camera out to look for photos, I was too busy doing other things and carrying 1,5kg of camera wasn't going to happen.
I might give that a go too.
