From our experience it wasn’t a big deal from various trips when wife was expecting. Being pregnant isn’t a “medical condition” so no issues so long as fit to travel was what I got told. Obviously call the specific provider to double check!
So just pick best / cheapest provider you normally would.

IIRC it only becomes a problem if its close to the proposed birth date.
