The number we seem to get recently seem to have gone up?
Used to get 2-4 a day at our place, but the last month or so, been hitting double figures each day now.
Between 11-2pm seems to be the hot time to call us?
Anyone had any luck at stopping them?
I just press 2 to speak to an advisor and then leave the phone on the desk. They waste my time, I waste a bit of theirs.
I could do, but dont think it will help stopping them call?
Would not mind so much if they were not calling at our peak time for calls!
Maybe its time to get a phone with caller id 😉
We registered with the telephone preference scheme.
It has cut down the number of calls but not stopped it completely.
The last PPI call gave me their details so i registered a complaint on the TPS website about the company.
Whether it does any good i'm not sure.
I found a phishing complaints page on the ofcom website and gave all the details, number, times of calls etc and they seem to have stopped now
+1 for the telephone preference scheme. We were on about 6 a day but dropped to either none or 1.
