If it's all via ebay's own global shipping then it's very easy.
Your responsibility goes as far as shipping to their UK distribution centre. They deal with any customs stuff and getting it to the buyer. You and the buyer get tracking throughout, the buyer pays the extra cost of shipping (over the UK price) to ebay.
Have sold plenty of stuff to Europe and beyond, the weaker pound makes it worthwhile for overseas buyers even with the higher postage.
