Now I've only ever had one problem with an item going missing, but when you claim they insist on the original proof of purchase, which I don't have (Or anything even close to it like a bank/card statement)
So, if it gets damaged or lost, what's the chances I'll get a payout on the Ebay sale price? (Which would do me fine)
