OK, so how does a techno numpty like me post pics from Picasa to here?
There is a lot I want to show the world...

off-hand right click the picture and copy the URL, not the pages URL!
Place that URL within [ img]Hyperlink[/ img] (remove the extra spaces within the brackets)

Eg:
Picture page: http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/view?q=mtb+bike&psc=G&filter=1#5464764815094074610

URL for picture:
.
