Jsut back after a night ride and met at the exit of the country park by a squad car with 2 confused bobbies.
one said "we thought those light can't be mountain bikers they're going too fast!!" then the other guy chipped in "yes we thought you were aliens"
Awesome and to be fair we ragged it down the decent, scared me silly 😆

I remember a group of us out night riding freaking out some kids on acid in Epping Forest, a few years back. Poor buggers! 😆

on a night ride once one of my friends thought an inside out crisp packet was "a Baby Aliens head"
He also thought on another night ride that some small animal scratching around in the bushes alongside the track was "a Velociraptor"
Oh and he also arranged to meet us at the top of a hill for a ride one night (on his own) but came tearing down as we were riding up to meet him because "he heard something really scary up there"
He's a great guy - just a teeny bit nervy 🙂
Don't go into the woods alone....those badgers are scary! 😆
