Doing the BC Bike Race in July and don't want to cart around my DSLR. Any recommendations for a decent compact for < £200?
Wi-Fi / NFC would be nice, and something with good battery life between charges. Not too fussed about video, needs to be reasonably robust to stand being chucked in a camelbak every day for a fortnight.
Any real-world experiences / advice appreciated, cheers.

Given that you use a DSLR I'm kinda surprised that you'd consider a point and shoot so my immediate thought is to try and find something along the lines of a Canon G12 on the second hand market.
