In a bungalow, that now has an upstairs bathroom.
The bathrooms water is provided by a pump, that kicks in when it senses a flow of water.
Having disconnected the water, in order to remove the bath, on reconnection the cold water spluttered a bit but cleared any air locks due to the water pressure. The hot water however, which is drawn from a tank that is downstairs, will not run. As there is not enough flow, the motor of the pump will not kick it.

How do i pull the water through?

If the pump isnt self priming, if there is air in it when it starts up then it cant get a water pressure up as it just keeps squshing the air instead.
maybe try pouring water back down the pipe to the pump to prime it first.

do you have a mixer tap? If you have, hold your finger over the outlet, hold on very, VERY tight and then open up both taps*

No idea if that will work for you but it did for me once.

*You will end up getting wet though.
