That bloke has thumped at least 3 cyclists this week.

so, owner somehow does not know who they'd loaned the car to, really??

owner foolishly left keys in and car was stolen (obviously by persons unknown to them). luckily the thief later returned the car

it's a pity the bbc missed off the reg no of the car KJ56HGF.
I reckon that with the video eveidence the cyclist at the end of the clip received a fine from the popo's for riding on a pavement....
