[Closed] pickled vegetables - particularly gherkins

I've just found a jar of them in the back of the cupboard..
Much nutritional benefit to vegetables preserved in vinegar and spices..?
1 of yer 5 a day..?

Any health giving properties..?

Doubt it counts as one of your 5 a day but might as dried fruit or fruit.juice can but ,no matter how much you consume,only one of the five.
Eat them all and go for a run.....seeing as you like science so much EXPERIMENT ๐Ÿ˜‰
