Ok, I've got an object and I want to drag it over to Illustrator to play about with it a bit, but when I take it over there, a bounding box gets put around it, and I just want the shape. Any idea how I can achieve this?

Obviously there's loads of variables and stuff but is there anything fundamental I can do - can't be that hard surely?

Cheers.

Go to view, than go to hide bounding box

could be because they are cut out too exactly. Try cutting out with a feather on the tool, 2 to 4 pixels helps make them more organic and natural looking.
