Is there anything else like this that doesn't cost nearly £100?

I wouldn't - 'tis just a knee brace. Reading the whole marketing blurb makes me want to punch the guy who wrote it. It's your money, but I've had a knee surgery 20 years ago for a torn ligament which I've managed to re-injure, so I went into Boots and bought a £20 Neoprene one, it does the same thing without claiming a vaguely sciency sounding miracle properties.

YMMV.

I just looked for one of the more substantial looking ones on Ebay - mine has several straps to keep it in place.

I was more interested in the exercise angle of the product.
My left knee has always been my bad one and I want to strengthen it up. I figured wearing the brace and walking to work and back [6 mile round trip] a couple of days a week would do the job.
Have tried it with an ankle weight but that didn't seem to do much.
