Not being rude, but do a quick search, and you'll find a thread from a few days ago.

🙂

Llys-y-Fran will be worth a go. Ride it clockwise and get the tarmac out of the way first.

There's Preseli too if you feel adventurous

Thanks.
Was trying to see if it was worth hauling 3 bikes down.
If the trails are boggy and a bit thin on the ground we may just take the boards and spend a week surfing.
Cheers all, Paul.

Lots of really good road riding round there, but some may be a bit too up and down for kids (massive generalisation - I assume all kids aren't up to anything these days). In fact, I sometimes wonder if they got a job lot of road signs out there, as every hill is apparently "12%"....

The sea, however, is the big playground. Enjoy it!

(I love it down there - my parents retired there about 18 months ago and i can't visit often enough.)

Would sooner stick thistles in my old man's eye than ride on the road - too many nutters in cars for either me or the kids.
The lads are, however, pretty hardcore - one running a junior fell race tonight and the other going for Ju Jitsu brown belt tomorrow morning - so a few hills no probs, just cars.
Like the sound of the Bitches - will investigate further - thanks again.

Unless you can get to the Preselis for a day I wouldn't bother.
Sounds like the kids might enjoy Coasteering from TYF .

Some restaurant / cafe advice in this thread - LINKY

there are some nice little trails around the back of cardigan but it's not a flowing place and the preseli's are a bit bland and boggy. llys y fran is ok but not a hard trail to ride.
you can go further up the coast to nant yr arian or inland to brechfa which i have on good authority is good.
the best i've found is by buying a couple of maps and looking for contour lines!
