Seeing as there seem to be loads of people on here who know the Peaks, can anyone recommend a good craggy walk?

Luds Church is great - best from the gradbach side then through to Roach End.

West side of Kinder from Grouse Inn - Mill Hill - Kinder Downfall - Kinder Low - Hayfield or go long via Brown Knoll - Mount Famine - Hayfield. Fairly regular bus from Hayfield to Grouse Inn.

Alport Castles from Lockerbrook.

Snake Inn - Wood Moor - Seal Stones - Seal Edge - The Edge - Ashop Head - Snake Path.

I have a soft spot for curbar / baslow and froggat edges. Lots of nice ways up across and back down.

Grindsbrook is a great walk though.

Not quite in the peak district proper, but dove dale is a real classic, and the way up the end of thorpe cloud is a nice diversion that is a little rocky.

Not craggy, but Chrome hill and that area near Longnor looks totally different to anything else in the peaks. Wierdly Alpine. I love it around there.
