Just bought an acer revo 3600 and a matsui 22" hd ready tv dvd combo, connected via hdmi lead, however, i cant get the whole desktop to show! tried adjusting the resolution but its still missing a load of the desktop, any ideas?

The monitor should have a variety off controls to adjust the size and position of the image. There's usually a menu button on the monitor that brings up an onscreen menu with a variety of options.
