MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
Hi there,
Sold an item to a guy who then paid with an e-cheque. This came with a warning not to hand over the goods
until it cleared, anyway it bounced [for want of a better way of explaining it] after a couple of days, but the
guy came and paid cash, no problem.
Now the money has appeared in my account [this is about 3weeks after he collected goods], minus the fee and my emails to Paypal have gone unanswered
so what do I do to repay it and get my fee back? Its only £36 by the way, the goods not the fee.
But it still warns me that it can be retracted at any time but its safe to send goods now!
Dont want to pay back then them take another £36 later.
I'm a little confused and would appreciate an experienced answer.
Regards,
Matt.
just issue a refund via paypal. Your fee will be returned as will the buyers money.
Give paypal a call, they might just sort it over the phone, then again, they might ask you to start an endless email conversation too 😉
Ok thanks for that, it says I have 60 days to issue refund, I have been trying to get in touch with buyer this
morning.
