I’ve bought a few things recently online that I didn’t realise were subscription or recurring payments. Mainly because it wasn’t made clear that this was the case.
Any ideas on how to cancel or cut them off at the source? I can’t find any helpful information from the sellers themselves (obvs) and google is just giving outdated information about stopping the payments from PayPal.

I'm assuming that's current info as it's on the PayPal website?

On the website, click the cog icon at the top right then select Payments->Manage Your Automatic Payments.
