what can you all reccomend then..

I liked the vodaphone one that had no limit on when you use the data, lots of the others seem to only give you 30 days to use the allowance but i can't see that vodafone deal anymore!
what else is out there?

oh and its for a mac btw..

I've got the O2 one. £20 for dongle then £2/day, £7.50/week or £15/month. tbh, I mainly got it because it includes BTOpenzone and thecloud access, and they usually provide the wifi at hotels and other places I need access from so it's way cheaper than buying access vouchers. Dongle works fine but the software is crappy. Not tried it on my mac, but I think you set up a connection profile with no separate software needed so it should work better.

If you use quidco, you can get £35 cashback as long as you top up with £15 - so essentially the dongle and first month is free.

I've got the Vodafone one where data doesn't expire.

For general low volume bowsing its great as you only pay for what you use. I've used it for probably 10hrs of browsing and used about 50p worth of data. Great for me as I only use it occasionally.

I wouldn't use it for high bandwidth type things though as it works out expensive. Utube or Windows updates etc would cost a fortune.

Interestingly they have removed it from the Vodafone website, so I assume you may not be able to get it for long. PCWorld and Arogs still have it.

Just remembered that I think they cut you off if you don't use it at all for 60 or 90 days, can't remember which. Just a word of caution.

Any questions just ask.
