I didn't realise those usless ****ers worked at all?, I booked a collection for 24hr express delivery for a singular peregrine i sold on here a few weeks ago - took the aforementioned day off from work and they didn't turn up.....took the following day off from work awaiting collection and they didn't turn up so i drove the 70mile round trip to the depot with the two parcels (wheels and frame) and kicked up a fuss and the depot manager shrugged his shoulders and said "not my problem" and walked away from me. It took them 4days to deliver the parcel and despite sending many emails asking for a refund of postage i'm still waiting on a reply or apology.
I feel like going "postal" on them.
Will never-ever use them again.
