sorry about the title but as you will gather from this thread i'm not much cop in the ways of computers,
when i'm trying to communicate or read posts on the forums i find that each time i wish to read the latest reply or newest post etc my computer does not automatically show it and i have to refresh the page manually by way of clicking on the post again, is this normal or have i not got the computer set up correctly?
thanks

same here, I'm not sure if there is an auto refresh but I don't find it too taxing to press F5 every now and then.

F5 is refresh / reload. In a browser it reloads the page, but it's a standard Windows keyboard shortcut and should work almost system-wide (eg, in Explorer windows).
