Poor little bugger was at the vets all day yesterday on IV fluids. The night before I was up at 03.30 mopping the floor, the pong was proper nasty! (wife on nights or she would've done it!) She's had nothing to eat since Tuesday (the dog, not the wife)but has just had a bit of cooked chicken & seems to have perked up a tiny bit.
£195 bill at the vets! (just as well she's insured)
I hate dogs me. 😉

Why would your wife have cleaned up the mess? Are you a man or a mouse? 😉

I must be a man cos I did it!
Dog poo is one thing (probly the only thing) that makes me wretch, but this smell was much worse than that. I was sniffing myself at work cos I could still smell it! Yuk.

When it comes to dogs bums I'm most definately a very small mouse!

Ours was in the vets yesterday with bad arthritis and a possible benine tumor. Hope she has a speedy recovery!

Ours has perked up no end due to pain killers and sausages, roast chicken and gravy to get him eating again! poor mite :p

What would we do without our dogs eh?

Roast chicken - one of our dogs would camp in front of the oven until it was ready. He loved the stuff. We used chicken to train him on recall, worked a treat, although a bit odd shouting 'chicken' in the park.

Hope both your dogs are on the mend soon. And yes sometimes the 'output' is rank.
