Hi
it's basically 5 aside indoor hockey (as played by Scandis when no ice, fast, non contact etc), we have a Thursday evening 9pm game at Willink Leisure centre. We're hoping to get some new players involved as we seem to have joined a more formal league and want to do a bit better next season...
It's a fast and furious team game (similar to 5 aside footy), if you've played field hockey before that will help (stick skills) and hinder (you can use your feet and the wrong side of the stick and play left or right handed).
