Had the pads changed last week. Since then there's been a metallic rattle, getting worse, on small bumps. I'm taking it back but what could it be?

Missing anti rattle shims or anti rollbar drop links or loose bolt on calipers or loose wheel nuts or or or or , you get the idea. Take it back to where the work was done n get em to check it.

Probably the exhaust heatshield(s).
