I need to do a bit of cut 'n' paste action for a route. In the old days I used Multimap but this has now become Bing Maps and doesn't show contours and bridle ways.

Help please.

OS maps are still on 'Bing' but not obvious:

http://www.bing.com/maps/?v=2&cp=51.179024688899524~-1.82747483253479&lvl=14&sty=s&eo=1&where1=Stonehenge%2C%20United%20Kingdom#

You need to choose map styles.

Or try:

Ta. My Bing is in German (German servers, computer thinks it is German) so I couldn't see how to change it. I shall have a go.

You can select your country in the top right hand corner...

Whether that helps or not is another matter.

Anyway, as said above, Streetmap.co.uk has OS mapping.

No matter what I do to Bing my computer thinks it is in Ulm and that I am German.

The Where'a the path site was spot on for my needs.

Thanks all.

Maverick gives you these.
The Pro version caches them too. Doesn't do OS on Bing but you can get them from other sites (Multimap, OS etc. Sucks the battery but a useful tool.

a better one to use is either Locus or rmaps both on android, you can choose numerous different types of maps and if you want the maps offline use something like Mobile atlas creator from http://mobac.dnsalias.org
