more for distributing large files to clients, i get an email notification when they have downloaded, secure password protection and no adverts. pay about £5 a month but don't use it as a back-up, just secure sharing.

dropbox here, 100GB for $10/month seems pretty good

Dropbox. $99 per year for 100GB. I think it's free upto 2GB.
I have it on my laptop, android phone and iPad and its just brilliant. Whatever you use it's always the latest version and you can set phones and iPads to auto upload photos too.
