Can anybody recommend a cheap/cost effective online CRM/SPM system? It needs to facilitate apportioning leads on a geographical basis, either to individuals or groups of individuals, to store quotes and to progress updates. If it could integrate with the contact section of a website that would be even better.

There are many CRM apps available in the Google Apps shop (some free) that integrate with your Google Apps account to sync calendars and contacts etc.
Platform independant, in the cloud, seamless integration with user's existing data. Very handy.
I've used zoho in the past. It'll do all that except the automatic geographical assignment bit.
Reasonably priced too.

we switched from salesforce to Zoho last year - very good value for money.
Thanks folks, just what I was looking for. I suspect it will end up being the free option but it is great to have a low-cost option too.
