[Closed] Online courses for people management

Anyone have recommendations for this kind of stuff?
I find myself in a position where I'm now kinda responsible for a whole laboratory as well as the analysts in there. I've never really had to manage people before, and I'll be the first to admit it is never going to be my strong point, but I could definitely do much better than I currently am. No problems with day-to-day interactions, it's when there needs to be discipline involved etc.
Normally I'd ask to go on a training program somewhere but with Covid restrictions etc. I'm wondering if there are any recommended online training providers?
