Can anyone tell me what the easiest way to create a Dingbat-type font for the Mac would be?

I have a client that wants a series of symbols incorporating and I think the easiest way would be to have them converted to a font.

Cheers!

We used to use Fontographer years ago. I just googled it and it still exists.

Cheers Skin, is it relatively straightforward to use?

If you're pretty proficient in Illustrator then its easy enough. The biggest problem with it is tweaking your kerning pairs etc at the end

But seeing as you're doing a dingbats style font, you won't need to bother with any of that nonsense 😀

Thanks Binner, Illustrator is no problem. I'll download it... 🙂

Ditto what binners says. It's a pretty useful tool and should be straightforward to create a dingbat style font.
