I'm just sitting at Schiphol in the lounge, on my way back from a trip to SA where I made a gift of my late FIL's accordion to my agent. So I booted up the laptop and went on Wiki to find out a bit more about how accordions work and listened to a few sound files then went on YouTube and listened to some accordion music. All the time I was wondering why my earphones were so quiet and not responding to the volume control.... then realised I'd plugged them into the mic plug and I've been giving the entire lounge a free concert of loud accordion music!
People around me are diplomatically avoiding my eye but.... the shame, the shame... 😳
