Received a payment into a Pay Pal account.
It's showing as payment completed in the payments recieved box.
When I try and withdraw funds to a bank account it shows a balance of £0.00 and wont let me transfer anything.
So how do I withdraw the money?
And yes I've emailed them and got no answer.
IS it an echeque or something from foreign lands?
No. A refund from CRC.
If its a refund it may already be back on your card/bank account
Not on either and the refund was in January so plenty of time for it to show up.
