How do you get your IBAN and BIC numbers without calling the bank. Cheers.

They should also be on your bank statement. But a quick google will tell you how to turn your sort code and account number into an IBAN once you have the bank code.
AFAIK mine starts with GBBARC22 (Barclays)...then sort code then account number.
