The troglodytes were already stumbling and blinking out of their funnels on the way home, had to ding the bell twice to avoid collisions!

Can't see this one being resolved soon either

It's the tube users fault of course. Fancy wanting a modern, slick, efficient, convenient and cheap mass transportation system without being held to ransom whenever the workers have an axe to grind and want to stick it to da management.

Usual apologists/denialists all seem absent on three obvious threads.

The City goes on holiday for most the summer: Wimbledon, Ascot, Henley, etc

I still blame Jimmy Knapp.
But I would like to thank him... for making me see the light, and stop commuting by public transport, and commute by car instead. fewer strikes, I could get to work, and not be held hostage.
That individual was the entire reason I bought a car, when living in central London 🙂
