Finally got round to watching this as wife is out and she won’t watch stuff with subtitles.

Is that about the fire? What I don't understand is that, if Quasimodo could foretell the future, why didn't he warn them not to make the roof out of wood?

@thols, they made the upper roof out of wood and the inside roof out of stone, in order to trick god in the event of any divine wrath coming their way. Or that seems to be the only rational explanation

It doesn't seem like a lot to ask, given that you presumably want to initiate a discussion about something, that you make some sort of effort to make it clear what that actually IS, does it?

Normally one wouldn't make this point, on account of the fact that a quick search usually sorts it out - but 'Notre Dame'? With no other subsidiary indications? I mean that could pressage anything, including lots of things that have literally nothing to do with the actual Notre Dame whatsoever.

The fact that it is 'on Netflix' as your follow up suggests that you appreciate you could do a lot better. What is 'it'?
