listen guys, there are only two people who have a legitimate say hear, me Lester the buyer and Moz ( who isnt morris the seller haha)everyone else has an opinion and thats all it is on something they have no first hand knowledge of. The ONLY facts are this I bought a frame off of ebay described as new which it wasnt, i paid £49 deposit and £650 balance in cash. i collected it from Leeds station yesterday at 5pm, thats it nobody else " knows " anything.

waswas you should read the thread properly, i came on here after i bought the frame because of something moz said about stolen bikes from jungle! thats how i found out about the posts, i tried to register which you may be able to check with stw after i paid for the bike at 5 pm, but did not get accepted until this am otherwise i would have been on here sooner. which of my facts have been connjecture then?? come on point them out. and yes i do feel uncomfortable! and yes that is why i am on here ! as for my integrity let me give you all some more info, in the last few days i have just bought the domain names ibis mojo owners and .co.uk names as i intend to get a mojoowners website up and running

As for facts v conjecture - you made a number of statements about 'knowing' it wasn't stolen. My view is you thought it wasn't stolen (or at least that the guy you bought it from hadn't taken it) and you're now worried you'll be £700 down if the rozzers decide otherwise.
you plum not once did i say i know it wasnt stolen i just said i thought that the seller wasnt a thief how could i possibly know if it was or wasnt stolen , i just ahd an opinion, first hand, not removed like you guys, that the seller didnt steal the bike. and yes there will be a stolen ibis section. and i am not worried about £700 , in fact i also bought an sl frame from ebay last week for £1250 i am not short of money, and as i said before the police are going to come to london just in case i have a stolen mojo, you are even funnier than Moz, how old are you by the way

Right, after careful consideration, I'm beginning to think moz and Lester are (is) the same person. There are certain styles of sentence construction and conversational style that are marking them out as the same person. It might seem easy to disguise yourself as someone else and mask it with some obviously disastrous spelling but after a while it starts to become clear.

Hora what was the one on the first page? the one that sold for £821 that i got a second chance offer for which i paid deposit of £50 and balance of cash or the SL in large that i bought for £1250.
anyway at least i do what i say i will, the serial number is 07M1**49 so if you can fill in the missing numbers and show me those numbers on a receipt then i will give you the frame back. For the record my other one is 07M2**8

This numpty has probably not stolen the frames - but clearly bought them Cheap of the guy(s) who did, and now wants to make some quick spondoolies
He should spen the dirty cash he makes on getting an education (Night class English grammar) as he obviously couldnt be arsed and thought he was too much of a big man to take any notice at school

Are you one of them people who thinks 'it doesnt know where it came from so its alright'? No one would sell a Ibis frame for £50 with zero description on the ad if they are a mtb'er. Its either been through a fence or was sold by one to another.
I hate thieves but I hate the toerags who keep them in business more. Anyone who knows their sport, sees an ad that is dodgy/minimal descrption etc etc but thinks 'Its an opportunity not to be missed and who cares otherwise someone else will get it'- needs a good seeing to.

whether i enjoyed my dealings with Moz is one thing, but at least he is putting some effort in to clearing his besmirched name, and i hope if he does prove the frames are stolen that you lot are ashamed!! mind you i thought it was a great laugh and hope to see you all one day oin my website which will be one of these
