Mine too. I went looking for the felt and couldn't find it. It is 10'x4'!

Just noticed the Leaning Tower of Pisa-esque angle of next door's tree.

Stuff felt, fit some onduline* corrugated roofing.

* or generic bitumen sheets from DIY sheds

I spent last Sunday replacing the entire shed roof due to the chipboard getting very weetabix like. Plyboard is quite expensive but if you can get away with just felting it it'll cost you about £20 including 13mm nails.

Felt is a PITA as it seems to rip fairly easily 👿

now what you really need to do it's replace the lot with several sheets of marine ply. Only use stainless steel screws to fix it down. Prime the whole thing with pva first, then 2 sheets of torch on underlay and a top sheet, organic fair trade of course. Then some more pva to waterproof it.

Don't forget to put 300mm of kingspan on the underside too

😉

forget the marine ply, just use kingspan/corus comp panels outside.

then line it with some

I thought this was going to be a stolen bike thread. Turned out to be a bit more cheerful I guess.

Just use felt adhesive simple, well messy though and make sure you wear stuff that you can throw away afterwards

Just got back from a day out for the little mans birthday so I've had a quick look, cba this morning!! The offending felt has been spotted in the field behind, but I ain't clambering over to retrieve it tonight that's for sure !!!! And I'm thinking composite sheets on a shed is just a tadge over the top !!! 😆

Happened to my shed a few yes ago. Only took a morning to replace, but was more fiddly to do than I anticipated. The felt ripped a lot easier than i thought it would.
